Captain Jessica is a lifelong boater and angler with over six years of experience captaining fishing charters on Florida’s Gulf Coast. She has spent her entire life on the water, building real hands-on experience through fishing, vessel operation, navigation, and offshore trip planning in a wide range of conditions.

She is a founder, owner, and operator of multiple on-the-water businesses, including Reel Call Sportfishing and Reel Blonde Charters, with a strong reputation for professionalism, safety, and delivering well-run offshore experiences. Her approach is calm, capable, and detail-oriented, qualities that matter offshore where conditions and decisions can change quickly.

In addition to running fishing charters, Jessica is also the founder of Helm and Heel, a women-focused boating education company created to teach women how to confidently and safely operate their own vessels. Through private, real-world instruction, Helm and Heel empowers women to dock, navigate, and run their boats with confidence and competence.
